Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a psychotherapeutic treatment that combines cognitive therapy and behavior therapy. It aims to help individuals identify and change destructive or disturbing thought patterns that have a negative influence on their behavior and emotions. CBT focuses on challenging and replacing maladaptive patterns of thinking, emotional responses, or behaviors with more desirable ones. It is particularly effective in addressing automatic negative thoughts that contribute to emotional difficulties, depression, and anxiety.

CBT is used to treat a wide range of mental health conditions, including addiction, anger issues, anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, eating disorders, panic attacks, personality disorders, and phobias. It can also help people cope with chronic pain or serious illnesses, divorce or break-ups, grief or loss, insomnia, low self-esteem, relationship problems, and stress management.
